WHAT SHIPPING SERVICE DO YOU USE?
We offer FedEx Ground Shipping on all Domestic orders free of charge. However, orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We use DHL for international shipping and charge $40.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST OUTSIDE THE U.S.?
All international orders will be subject to shipping charges, taxes, customs, duties, and fees based on the destination country. The shipment's recipient is the importer on record in the destination country and is responsible for all import fees. If you have any questions, please contact us.
HOW FAST IS YOUR SHIPPING?
Orders shipping within the US are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt. Please allow an extra 1 – 2 days of processing time for international orders. We will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order. Orders shipping within the US that are placed Monday – Friday before 3 PM PST will be processed the following day and received within 5-8 days. Orders placed on Friday after 3 PM PST or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. Once your order is shipped, you will receive your package in 5-8 days with our standard shipping option. We do not ship on the weekend or on company-observed US holidays.
Returns
You may return any item purchased from Mr. B Atelier within 15 days of the delivery date provided that merchandise is unworn and in its original packaging. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. A return can be initiated by emailing info@mrbatelier.com
